The process

Take a tour

As part of our admissions process, we invite prospective parents and students to take a tour of our campus. The tour provides an opportunity to experience our learning environment, facilities, and community firsthand.

Meet Admission Coordinator

We invite prospective parents and students to meet with our Admissions Coordinator.
This meeting provides an opportunity to understand our curriculum, clarify any questions or concerns, and check admission eligibility. Our team will be happy to guide you through the process and provide the necessary information.

Competency Test

As part of the admissions process at Mountcrest Academy, a competency assessment test will be conducted to understand the student’s academic capability.
The assessment will cover subjects such as English, Mathematics, and other languages studied in the student’s previous classes. This helps us evaluate the student’s learning level and ensure appropriate academic placement.

Secure a spot

Fill out the application form, sign the Terms & Conditions, and submit it with the admission fee to secure your child’s spot at Mountcrest Academy.

Required enrollment documents

1. Birth Certificate

2. Immunisation Certificate.

3. Previous School report card (if applicable).

4. Online Transfer Certificate from previous school with STS number & PEN number for Grade 2 onwards admissions (Mandatory).

5. 5 passport size photographs of child, 2 each of parents/guardians.

6. Aadhaar card of child and parents.
